Refunds & Returns
1. Returns Eligibility
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:
· Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
· Returns must be requested within 72 hours of delivery.
· Certain products, such as perishable goods, opened supplements, and personalized items, are non-refundable for health and safety reasons.
2. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
1. Request a refund on your website OR contact us at pettinofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return (This may take longer then requesting a refund via the website)
2. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
· Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
· Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
· Shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
· We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
· If you need an exchange, contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
· Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
· Opened or used supplements.
· Perishable or consumable pet products.
· Personalized or custom-made items.
· Clearance or sale items (final sale).
· Digital/downloadable products.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please:
· Contact us at pettinofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
· Provide a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
· We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
7. Cancellations
· Orders can only be canceled within 12-24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
· Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
· If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without first contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to ban future purchases from our store.
· Fraudulent disputes will be reported to relevant authorities.
