Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
· Orders are processed within1-2 business days after payment confirmation. and Standard shipping times apply.
· Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
· Processing delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
· Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
· Estimated delivery times vary by region:
o Domestic Shipping (UK/Your Country): 3-5 working days
o International Shipping: 5-10 Working days
· Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use a range of shipping carriers including Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL, Evri to deliver orders. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided (where applicable).
4. Order Tracking
· A tracking number (if available) will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
· Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
· Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
· We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
· If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
· Pettin' is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
· If your order is lost or delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
· If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local courier office before contacting us.
7. International Shipping & Customs
· International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
· Customs processing may cause shipping delays beyond our estimated delivery time.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
· If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged product.
· We will assess the situation and determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.
9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
· If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs fees, customers may be responsible for reshipping costs.
